Suggestions for connecting GPS, Radar Detector, and BT headset?

Help, I need new gear!
I used to love taking multi day moto camping trips while in grad school, but I really haven't done much touring or long distance riding since I got married and started a family 8 years ago. When I was able to get a few days on my bike last summer I discovered My GPS unit bit the dust, along with my Sirius sat radio receiver I had mounted to my handlebars. And with all the new cars with adaptive (radar based) cruise control, my old Escort radar detector can't determine what is a cop or a Honda minivan. I need some new gear! I had all of these devices connected to my Senna 20S by using Senna's analog to bluetooth interface device (the 10H I think it's' called?). When it worked it was awesome, and I'd like to recreate it with new equipment, and with fewer wires.
I'm thinking of buying the Garmin Zumo XT and pairing it with my BT headset, but then how should I connect the radar detector (I'm leaning towards a Valentine)? Since the V1 has bluetooth will it connect to the Garmin as well so I can hear it with my BT headset? I think the V1 has a phone app too that will sound alerts. Anyone have experience with that? I'm not really keen on the idea of running up the data usage on my phone while I ride, so is that my only option?
I'd love to have sirius radio back too, but I don't want the additional subscription cost for a new radio (not to mention all of the wires for mounting it!). I'm guessing using the Sirius app on my phone is the answer there too?

Do you use similar equipment? What are you using and how does it interface? Suggestions are appreciated!

I'm not positive but I highly doubt that the V1 Bluetooth supports a headsets profile. My Max360 has BT but it's only for connecting to the phone for data. I also use the Sena product with a 10S (I think) between the Max360 and the Sena.

Are you using something like the Senna freewire (it used to be called something else) to get the signal from your radar detector to the headset? Do you need a special cable to get the audio from the radar detector to it? That's starting to sound like it might be the best option to connect radar and GPS to the headset.
