Have you tried these on the open road ?
During day light ?
Bright enough to be noticed ?
When flipped up , do the stay there at speed ?

I have tried them on the road, and so far they seem good.

I've only used them during the day, and they do add visibility for sure.

I haven't used them flipped up, but I think they'll be fine.

All I can say is that no one pulled in front of me. Actually, when I got some gas I could see the reflection in some glass there and they looked great. I also always keep my high beams on in the daylight too.
