Hi all, I've searched the forums so I hope this isn't redundant.

My '04 Montauk has been on the center stand for 2 seasons in the garage and, try as I might I haven't been able to find someone to work on it to get it road ready again.

I live on the west side of Seneca Lake and was hoping to find someone or a DIY guide/ checklist to go over on a bike that's been up for a couple of years.

Much appreciated, apologies again if this is elsewhere, newly back on the site after a decade or so.

Welcome to the forum! You might check out this list on IBMWR, although it's been pointed out it might not be up to date:

I've heard a member mention The Beemer Barn but it's a couple of hours away. You might also check your Anonymous Book or the app to see if there's someone near you that could give you some help.

Do you belong to the Chromeheads group? Someone there may be able to pint you in the right direction.

They're a great bunch of people, very helpful and a really good resource. Many of us are still members even though we no longer have our C's.
