SW Motech cylinder guards

Anyone using SW Motec cylinder guards? Was going w/ machineart until I read BF's review.

I hope someone replies to this. I'm looking at all options right now too, including the savage covers from AliExpress. One of the comments said that the BF's review was for a different model and the 1250RS ones are updated. The MAM covers look the best with the rubber inserts, but is there really that big of a difference? I can get the Savage ones for $30, but are they even worth the $30? That's my big question.... are the MAM covers THAT much better?

Cylinder Head Covers

I installed the X-Head 1250 Machine Art Moto covers on my 2021 R1250RT and they are a perfect fit. No removal of the cylinder valve cover bolts is required for the X-Head installation. Looks like the Savage ones have a different installation than MAM's.

Installed the SW Moto guards, high quality metal and fit. Like the fact that they allow air flow all around yet are strong, may not have all the protection one would want for off road but looks good to me for tip-over protection on RT.
