Just curious as to where to buy the heat resistant wires (shielded bundle) for rewiring the hall sender.

Understand that the problem is ALL Oilhead wiring is specifically designed to be biodegradable due to German law that came into effect when Oilheads were new.
To me, this means just about any wire you can find will be better and I'd be surprised if you could even find wire like that used on these bikes any where in USA. If you can find American made, even better.

I rewired my 1100 with shielded silicon wires way back and the place that I got the wire from is gone. That's why I am asking.Silicone insulation can take the heat and does not fall apart like the soybean crap.I could also have it rewired for about $100 but I can do that my self.

The HES wiring is a special case and not part of any larger problem. The wiring used cannot tolerate the high temperatures and on the R1100 and early R1150 bikes the insulation on the wires ALWAYS fails. Otherwise, Voni's 1993 purchased (1994 titled) R1100RS has over 415,000 miles and no significant wiring failures. None!

Relatively small (2 meter) lengths of silicone insulated, fine (26 ga), stranded wiring can be obtained from Adafruit in New York. Various colors of wire are available.

A higher heat tolerant heat-shrink tubing will also be desirable. An example from McMaster-Carr is shown below -

It may be easier to have the HES redone by someone experienced is this. There was a MOA forum participant that offered this service. Perhaps he will chime in or contact you via PM.
Below is a link to an earlier thread that discusses this issue -
