Gripe about bike for sale description

The description of a bike found on another site goes on to say unrestored, unmolested, stock and original, with a few exceptions of normal wear and tear items. OK, but then goes on to add SS brake lines, front springs, rear shocks, Dyna ign, sport cam, valve seats done, light/bal. flywheel, deep pan, pipes...horn.....
To me, that is anything BUT, stock, unmolested and original.
Am I way off base here?

No, not "way" off, but "stock and original" is obviously false fluff.

"Wear" items, depending on the age of the bike, does include stuff like suspension and brake lines (especially since S/S lines are SO much better than the old ones that we used to get on ANY brand).
Ignitions crap out... why not just give it a drop-in upgrade... unless you Really Love points...

Pipes rust and rot, valve seats wear (did the valves get replaced too? If the seats were worn, the faces may have "mushroomed" or lost contact margin), horns die (and the stock ones are typically not, well, "attention-getting"), and the rest looks desirable (flywheel & oil pan)... with the possible exception of the cam, which may contribute to increased valve train wear.
