I now can not attend the rally & I have signed up to volunteer on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I can't find a way to un volunteer or maybe it doesn't matter.

Dave, just contact the committee chair(s) for the area(s) you signed up for and let them know.

    RVs AT THE RALLY

If you are coming in from the Interstate, I 95, after you go through the confusing lane changes and 2 or 3 lights to get to the "no signs" MEADOW EVENT PARK, make sure you look over to the left to see all the tents and ORGANIZATION SIGNS on your left and go there. For me, i went into the HORSY side on the right to turn around. There is an easy LEFT TURN AROUND to get to the RALLY GROUNDS THEMSELVES.

THEN YOU DRIVE IN.........and meet the nicest folks, a smiling really great blond LADY asking me who i was and then this bunch of guys jumped on a golf cart and led me around a tour of a 1/2 mile of pavement to my spot in a 10 acre field.......MY spot was marked out with paint on the grass so no questions about whose is whose and then the guys helped me get oriented with where water, sewage, and electric hook-ups are..........

WOW.......REALLY GREAT STUFF AND HLEP..........Am looking forward to pulling my SHIFTS at being an early volunteer to help you out when you show up.......REALLY GREAT RALLY GROUNDS............COLD OUT THERE THIS MORNING........my heat pump is down there grinding it out...........GOD IS GOOD......Dennis

When YOU are in N.W. Georgia, find your way on Hwy 136 outside of Calhoun, to my mountain top. Camp or RV awhile up on top of the hill and find the peace that I do..........God bless

    Demo Rides

I haven't seen anything about demo rides. Who is hosting and what bikes are in the offering?

I have stated and written on several occasions: Even the US Army can't show up on Monday, host 8 or 9 thousand people, and disappear the following Sunday leaving scarcely a trace as well as the BMW MOA can. Truth!

My daughter and I had fun strolling the rally grounds, finding the vendors we wanted, purchased some moto goodies, made new friends, affirmed that I am not a Schuberth head, but my daughter is and of course enjoyed being part of the community. Well done!

Is 5836 considered a normal attendance, below or above normal for the national?

Has anyone ever figured out which parts of the country seem to garner more not less attendance?
