Update!

Took it on a 50 mile test ride today...uphills, moderate winds, high speed passing, etc. No problems! Now to sort out the brakes.
 
LONG TERM UPDATE!: Just got back from an 800 mile interstate trip including 85mph speeds, long sweeping uphills, stiff 25mph headwinds, annoying cold rain. Bike performed flawless.
