2005 R1200ST Clutch side Handlebar rotate?

Is it possible to rotate the whole Switch assembly Up/Down for personal adjustment on these R1200ST handlebars? My current setup is too far down and I keep hitting the horn button accidentally when trying to use the left turn signal. I see some sort of set screw under the hand grip (folded back) next to the switch assembly that might prove to be a problem but no mention of it on any BMW. Parts diagrams I can see. My Haynes manual makes no mention of any adjustments like this.
