My GS, Just finished (almost)

Very nice set up! :thumb
Looks like you did quite a bit of work there :rocker Getting the bike set up with a roadbook and all. Riding rallies??? :lurk

Nice!

Curious who made the swingarm? I've ridden GS's all over the dirt, through the years and yours looks like a treat to ride. How about the tank? I've got an old R100, too and it would be fun to mess with like this.

Cool! I saw this bike in somebody's pictures over on Boxerworks that they took at Irv Seaver's open house and I wondered about it. Thanks for such a serendipitous post!

that IS cool! Looks like a 9 gal PD tank but with that seat...I dunno if I'd be fit enough to handle a very long ride. Perhaps its a prototype?!

I like to see bikes that are customized by owners to their own personal tastes, and thinking outside the box. Nice work.

Final weight of the GS

I just weighed the GS.......final weight without fuel, but ready to ride otherwise, 416 lbs

slightly modified!?!?!?!?!!!! that bike is awesome!!!

i love the air filter setup, nice to see you retaining the dual rear shock setup, very original, very cool!!!!!!!!!!

Cars in the background. Looks like a 507, a racing version CSL, a Ferrari P3/P4, a 30's Ford street rod. Care to tell us about the cars in the shop.

Back to the future...

I can't see it in the pics very well, but what is the flux capacitor looking thing at the base of the handle bars below the gps?
