What weight fork oil for ‘88 to ‘93 R100RS

I think it's a bit of owner's choice. Those weights, 5 or 7.5, are routinely mentioned...even 10w. Try something and see if you like it. I'd probably go for 7.5. Haynes seems to suggest 320cc per leg. You can also play with the amount of oil which changes the air volume above the oil.
 
Do you have the owners manual?

Yes, I do have the original manual for this specific R100RS. In fact, I checked it however, when referencing specifics for fork oil in the manual, the manual refers its reader to page 54. I've attached a photo of page 54, so as you can see, the manual does not provide recommended weights. This is why I asked my question on this very insightful Forum. I'll be going with 7.5. Thanks Kurt!
