Gearbox doesn't shift into 4th correctly??

I have a 82 R65. Everything works well on the bike except shifting into 4th gear. It goes in, but I need to apply a steady pressure, otherwise it stays in between gears. I have changed the gear oil, added 25% Lucas oil, it seemed to help a little, but it's still not right.

I'm open to all suggestions. Tanks for all replies.
 
Clutch cable properly adjusted? Be sure and continue hold up pressure on the foot lever as you let out the hand lever.
