73 R75/5 knuckle knobs disintegrating

Been a long time since I was inside the turn signal knuckle knob switch. Can just the knob be replaced? Is it the same knob on both sides (hi beamand turn signal) or are they left and right? the hi beam side is coming apart but I might as well do both. Who sells them, Bob's?
Thanks for any guidance...

Bench Mark Works shows the two switches on their website. The switches appear to be sold as part of the entire wiring harness though. Not sure if any of the used part sources might have only the item you want.
