Garmin Nav VI

On my 3rd Nav VI now and every one of them, every time I navigate to a place the Auto zoom would quit and I would need to reboot to get it working again! Anyone else have this problem? Also with the Auto zoom, mine goes to the higher range at 97 kmh! Is there a way to set it to about 70 kmh?:ca

My Nav VIs, and there have been several of them, consistently autozoom at 58-59 mph when zooming out and around 40 mph when slowing. Autozoom normally stays where set but sometimes it forgets. No need to reboot. Select your desired range when navigating a route at 30 mph or so, accelerate past 60 mph and select your desired range for that speed. Autozoom only works when following a route.

My Auto zoom works all the time except after I have navigated somewheres! Then the only way to get it working again is to reboot! :ca

My nearly 4 yr. old Nav VI, went into auto-zoom and other funky screen antics. Garmin apparently knows of the unit wide problem, so accepted the return of it for an exchange.
Of course without it I ended up in GS country on the RT, but punched out to a highway. So, awaiting an email about the new unit, then spring trip time! Hope everyone is getting the spring riding fever.
