Oil Drain Plug Other than Fumoto

Another member mentioned other drain plug besides the Fumoto and said it was better but did not say what it was. Can anyone tell me what the name is, thanks.

What is better about the other brand? Hard to imagine what would make one standout from the others.

I really don't know that much about it. I saw a post from a member and he just said there were two others out there beside Fumoto. I assumed the others were not as valunerable the way it hangs down. I checked the Boneyard and they don't have anything like I am looking for.

I can't compare anything to Fumoto. But the Dimple magnet is much more powerful than any OEM plug and the ones I have use a Hex head like a bolt head instead of either a Allen or Torx. I like that feature.

I agree with Paul, the Dimple's do work!

Not "absolutely certain" but I believe M16 x 1.5
MAX or the Boneyard (or anybody else here?) could confirm or refute...

I have a Dimple in the fill plug of the transmission on my Ural. The magnet on the fill plug collects more swarf than the drain plug magnet.
