sena /gps /phone problem

I just watched the rka video on pairing my R1250RT /sena 20 evo/i phone/nav VI . but i have a couple of questions . The video stated that you should not pair the phone and sena unit together , that it's a conflict , so I listen to pandora via the gps from my phone , when I go on the media app is there any way to pause pandora on this screen . I usually carry the phone in my jacket pocket . And problem is that I cannot get the phone to ring into my helmet I can see a call coming in on the gps and my phone rings but not into the sena speakers . Any help would be appreciated . Thank You
