Sena SM10 Bluetooth transmitter, any alternatives?

My Sena SM10 lets me combine wired bike sound system output and Radar detector output into one stream with Bluetooth to me and my passenger’s helmets. I don’t know of any other device that lets me do this, and my SM10 is getting very long in the tooth, well over 10 years. Has anyone found anything else with these capabilities? That would be two wired inputs and two Bluetooth connections out.
