Hello, Does any one know approx how many Black/Green color code # 672 R100GSPD's were imported into the US during 88-91-- compaired to the Red/White paint script ? Thanks in advance for your time. Rick

Interesting. This was posted in the Airheads section first, then moved to Oilheads. An 88-91 R100GSPD is clearly an Airhead. So shouldn't this be moved back to the Airheads?
 
The only people that can really tel you might be BMW USA.

I had a similar question about colours available in different years for the R100RT. Got some good info from BMW Canada, and it only took an email on a Sunday night to them and I got an answer back on Monday afternoon.

Apparently you can get it broken down from the full amount to North America to how many per Canada, USA and Mexico.

I don't recall any green during those years (but I could be wrong).

I remember it being the Red/White Paris-Dakar first, then renamed the R100GSPD.
I think the black/green and white/green colors were '92 or later.

Hah! 1991 GSPD...at least that's what the title and PO say. BMW's model year build/ship/sell dates have always been a bit of a mystery to me. OTOH I've never been to worried about it either, I either like the color or I don't.
