Tampa to Atlanta; Recommendations?

I'm going to be heading up to Atlanta on the K75S - leaving this coming Tuesday morning. I can just book right up I-75 door-to-door but I'd sure like to drive a more interesting route, at least on part of the trip. Anybody got a recommendation for routing this trip? I'd sure be grateful to hear it!

take the Sunshine Parkway to 98 then over to 19N see Old Fla. and some neat old towns in Ga. too
