I need help

I am trying to attach some pictures that killboy.com took of me and my fiance at the Dragon. When I try I get an error message that the pictures are too big. I tried searching the forum but cannot find the maximum size. I am no fool but the forum is making me feel like one. The search feature is basically useless to me, I search within the photography forum for "Maximum attachment size" or "Photo attachment" or anything else that I think might make sense and get THOUSANDS of hits none of which answer my question. I am currently pulling out what's left of my hair!

I think the maximum size is idiotically small, 156kb or so. The forum software can handle a little bigger than that but not much. I found that sizing a shot to roughly 8x12" @ 72dpi, then saving as a medium jpg works well. And I don't have much luck with the search feature either.
