Custom Pegs

I was going to buy a wider set of pegs anyway, so I didn't have much to loose trying to make a set. Turned out real good, just used a 3/4" x 1/8" stainless flat bar. I like em!:dance

Really nice, I love custom fabrications. What was your technique to make your bends?

I just used a pipe about 2" OD to start the bend and used a vice and hammer to finish it up. If I do any more I'll just get a 2 1/2" OD stainless pipe, cut a piece 3/4" long, cut about a 1" gap in it and there it will be.

Nice workmanship but the serrations are on the stock pegs for a reason. If you have your weight on the new smooth part, you are risking having you foot slip off the peg. Spend some time with a dremel and you'll have terrific pegs. By the way my advice is free and usually worth every penny.
