wondering if anyone else has had this happen, 2008 bmw R1200GS with 100,000 km, everything working really well ( except its on its 4th fuel strip)..
issue: While the bike is running, if I switch to high beam, switch pushed up, not down to flash, the high beam goes on but both the speedo and tach needles go to zero then back up to read normally. doesn't happen every time, just once in a while.
Is this something in the switch? a loose ground somewhere? anything to do with the ignition circuit?
