Immature 67 year old new member?

I've been renting RT's from Eaglerider rentals for about 3 years now. Last time was a 6 day rental out of Denver at the end of September. When I was on the plane coming home I decided I just missed that bike too much and had to have one. I just bought a nice ebony 14' RT with only 6k. Sweet bike, I love it. Now the immature part; I continue coming up with excuses to go into the garage. My wife says I'm acting like a little kid. Is that wrong?

Are you making vroom, vroom sounds when you go to the garage?? That's probably acting like a kid...or is it?? Nice bike and welcome to the forum!

My wife's a pretty good sport. I've been riding since I was 15 and she and I would ride everywhere when we were younger. An accident in 1980 resulted in her refusing to ride since then. Well, I'm not sure what power the RT has over her, but we've ridden to coffee together the last two days! That machine just paid for itself..........:):):)

Welcome, and congratulations.

As for garage time, it's a distinct pleasure to go out there, with a beverage, and sit and look at the beautiful machinery. :)

First of all, is a gorgeous machine! Take good care of it and enjoy.
As far as acting as a kid, if is it wrong?? I would say, is a hell of a lot better
than acting like an old man or woman! (fun to!!:wow) So is her time to act like a little
girl! (if you tell her that, i sure hope you are not going to regret it! :banghead)

"My wife says I'm acting like a little kid. Is that wrong?"...not as long as you remember it takes longer to recover. :)
