Shot in the dark... anyone in the central Ky area?

I'm still in the throes of comparison shopping and all the BMW dealerships are 90 minutes away or further.
I'm desparately trying to find out if my wife is going to be comfortable on a K1600 GTL, GTLE or Grand America (from what I've read, the Exclusive and GAs have a wider pillion seat)

Just trying to find fellow riders in the Central (Lexington) Ky area with a kind heart and an open seat for 15-20 minutes so we can put the bike on the center stand and just let my wife and me sit on it.

Thanks very much!

Speaking of “shots in the dark,” Brady...

Have U looked in your online MOA Anonymous Book for Lexington residents? Start at #1 and proceed from there... :brow

Tis good that you’re looking to make the Mrs “comfortable & content.” -- Muy Importante! :bow
Do Not forget the proper Riding Gear..... :thumb

I ride the GT edition, so there’s no backrest to compare - Mrs HSV rides her own R1200RS {and tries to keep up in traffic as best she can}.

Every couple is a special magical elixir. Hope y’all can find what you’re seeking in regards to a Motorrad Touring vehicle.

We just visited Lexington after the MOA Rally. Mrs-K was born there; she still has a mature, child-hood connection {just retired from teaching}...
We had a short but enjoyable rendezvous on our recent east-coast swing [50th MOA Rally & Ark Encounter & AF Museum & IBA 2023 Rally]!

Good luck in your search for a test 6-cylinder ride!

Happy Trails whenever U can - Ciao!

I ended up pulling the trigger on a 2016 GTL Exclusive and I absolutely love it. We gear up with boots, jacket, gloves, and helmet. I need to get the wife better jacket and boots but we're about 60% there. I've not reached gear snob status yet, but we're far from tank tops and half helmets :)

Hope you enjoyed your visit to my area. It's beautiful around here and there's some great riding.
I look forward to attenting some Rallys in the future.
