carb question: R75/5

I've finished restoration and have started riding R75/6. Now I'm ready to start on 1971 R75/5 with Ural sidecar that the dog talked me into buying. Engine number doesn't match so I'm not going to be as anal with authenticity in resto. Since the engine is about to be rebuilt I've been advised to bump it to 800cc as I'm looking for more torque to pull sidecar.

The question: As I rebuild carbs what would be best jetting for 800cc pulling sidecar?
Should I stick with original Bing 32s or go with newer flat top carbs?

Any suggestions as to carbs and/or bike are appreciated.

The 32 mm bings will work OK with a side car, but I would reccommend getting some from a later model airhead say 1976 on. The early 32 mm bings had problems with cold starting and I had trouble keeping them adjusted for sync. Good Luck with your restore. I would not go with the flat tops either way.
