Alternator belt

I changed the alternator belt and now when starting the bike I get this weird clicking noise. It almost sounds like the belt is slipping. This only happens during warm up.I did tighten the belt so that I could still twist it 90 degrees.Any ideas?

Ticking means something is hitting something else.. is the cover put on properly??? The 90 degree twist is spot on for torque so that can't be it IMHO...
