Aftermarket/more comfortable pillion backrest for top case?

Wondering if anyone makes a better back rest for the BMW top case on a S1000XR? Asking in general because I suspect if there's someone who makes them for some BMWs, they would also make one for the S1000.

When I had my Russel Day Long seat made I sent the back-rest and they did that, too. Looks better and more padding.

I use a Shad top case on my K16GT and it has the padding for a back rest. The wife has never complained about it so it must be ok.
