    To lower or not

Being somewhat vertically challenged I am thinking about lowing my 94 R1100RS 30mm when I purchase new Wilbers. Before I make the plunge I was wondering how many others have gone the route of lowering their rides and their experiences good and bad on the change.

What should I ride 1150RT or What?

I recently purchased a 2004 R1150RT; I am 5'6", 29" inseam, 180 pounds, healthy 70 year old. Of all the bikes I had over 20 years, my favorite was this one. I sold it after I dropped it 3 times in a parking lot because it is top heavy. Now 11 years later, I decided to buy a similar 1150RT again...

Ways to lower a F800R for short people??

I recently bought a 2015 F800R and am tippy toed on the bike. It has a normal seat on it- was thinking about getting the low seat to lower the bike. Has anyone gone from regular to low, and did it help? I'm 5'4". Are there other ways to lower this bike? thanks!!
