I have a 2008 GT without factory cruise control. I am considering installing a throttle lock from Wunderlich or Kaoko. Apparently, Throttlemeister does not make a lock for the GT2/1300GT.

Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Can you post pictures of the left side handlebar control group? I wanna see what controls look like on a 08 GT without cruise.......

I have a Wunderlich on my K1200S. It works great and looks good too. I do not use the matching bar end on the left side as it too light and provides no dampening. So if you do not mind the asymmetry, its a good choice.

electronic cruise control

Have you considered the aftermarket electronic cruise controls? They seem to be attractively priced.
We have the factory cruise on the 2010GT, and we had the Throttlemeister on the 1150R (now sold). No comparison at all, IMHO.
