December 23rd, 2010. The day I picked up my "new to me" RT. Bundled in winter gear, getting ready to ride home. 100 miles at 37 degrees and windy. Burrrrr...

I rode it about 4500 miles in 2011, and about 6500 on my other bike.

Nice warm sunny August (2011) day for a ride around Door County, WI. My friends HD didn't fit in the picture.

I am getting quite proficient at the self-portrait. The screen on my camera is broken and it is very difficult to look through the viewfinder when the camera is on the ground. This is from my solo weekend trip down the Natchez Trace from Nashville to Natchez and back home to Murfreesboro, TN.

Atop the Edelweiss Spitze on the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse in Austria. I've been over it countless times, but my friends who came along that I played tour guide to, lucked in; I've never had a crystal clear blue sky crossing it till then.

Atop the Edelweisse Spitze...GlobalRider

About time you put up a pic of yourself, Alex. :D I take it you're on your annual Euro ride?

I have pictures of my parents' trip through the Grossglockner with their Citroen, in the late forties.

I'll try to jump start this thread with a photo I thought had been lost long ago. This is me right after my very first motorcycle ride in 1968. The /2 belonged to my cousin. Mom reluctantly agreed to let me go along for a ride. Thanks Mom!!

I don't suppose anyone has suggested you look like Ralphie from "A Christmas Story". Then again, all he wanted was a Red Ryder BB gun....

I remember that movie and you're right! In this photo there's some resemblance to Ralphie. The smirk or grin plastered on my face really nails it.
