Here is a GREAT place to stop for lunch while at our rally...........

http://www.outofthefirecafe.com/

It's just a few miles west of our campground, near the PA Turnpike Donegal exit.

They have wonderful, fresh foods and a nice outside sitting area. The mushroom soup is too die for.

Road Kill Cafe

Oh, and if you're looking for some great riding & eating in Southern PA & Western MD. you'll want to try to find this fine establishment.

I ordered Chili the last time I was there......................they brought it out in a Serviing dish. Must have been more than a quart of Chili. I ate it all:)

Is anyone outthere?????????????????

Is "Anyone out there" ?

Holly cow, me, all me............just me..............nobody but me!!

Haven't any of you been to our rally?

Doesn't someone have a (nice) comment about one of my suggested stops?

This is the BMW MOA forum right? Everyone has something to say............

Is this thing on?

Just returned from Spring Break

White Water Rafting down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. I hope to have my sidecar rig at your rally this summer. Sleeping under the stars in the GC was great and I'm ready to have some riding and tire kicking. Also, my daughter is going to high school in PA this Fall and I need to start scouting roads, although Somerset is a bit further West than the school she's going to (in Tyrone nearer Altoona). Still a good excuse to get the rig out and play.

Lots of great riding between Somerset & Tyrone. I know the area and can make some suggestions if you like.

If you go to Altoona you have to visit the Horseshoe Curve.

Had a wonderful lunch at Out of the Fire yesterday...................
Mussels steamed in coconut milk, lemon grass & ginger! Yum, yum

And the mexican wrap with Pullled Pork, blackbeans and fresh cilantro was killer.

Put it on your schedule.

Lots of great riding in Bedford County. Routes 26 & 326 south of Everett Pa. are always a great ride.

The website also has some driving tours that you can print out.
