GS Giant 2012 - MO bigga!

Steep and Crooked :)

Thats an understatement. Those roads and pathways are very cool and one must ride'em to get full satisfaction of some pics been posted here:). I40 is just a short few ridges away and one would never know the fun that exists right there in them Arkanasas forests, if they slab it by there! Those roads equal anything I've ever ridden in NAmerica. Probably equal anything on the planet:). I sure hope a ton to be there. Randy"Polarbear".:dance:thumb

Lots of steep and crooked roads. This route included Possum Creek Road. Possum Creek is steep, crooked, nasty and beautiful.

Here is a little RR and pictures taken along that route: http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=566497 (Only for mature males.)

Queenie's new bling!

Want one? (the red one, not the beaded one!)

Hey, if you have one from Bloomsburg or Miller, dig it out and pack it along. It's worth 2 points!

Think 2 points aren't worth it? There were only 5 points seperating 1st from 3rd last year!

The Adventure Track

We're still working on some of the finer points, but here are some of the challenges on the track. Get ready!

Missing giant!

Has anyone heard from Steve Waugaman? I know he's not online.

How about Robert Fuller?

Whats the shade poop?

On our GSGiants camping at the rally itself? I know we are together again, but will we have some more shade, as in pre set up party tent(s)awaiting, out in the middle of probably a field/track again. That would be really swell:). Some, even many more nowadays carry shade in our camping gear for extended stays. I did poorly last year, NOT carrying my best shade along. I won't do that twice:). I'm carry'in mine this year, but a central shade is really neat, IF we can get it? I'll pitch in and keep the ice chest full of water bottles:). IF we're gonna keep a GS Base camp alive, we're gonna need shade, so you got it, bring it with your gear:). Randy, on drugs but rid'in still:)

I'll be ready to help at the Rally anyway I can.

We're short on help at the track, basically babysitting during practices on Thursday and Friday morning.... and Open Track on Saturday afternoon.

If you want to PM with with your contact info, I'll get ya down on the list of likely suspects. :evil

We will also need some "advertising specialists", "hospitality specialists". gophers, and a few other volunteers. There will be a sign up sheet at the GS hospitality tent. See Dawn or Tracy.

And on behalf of us all, THANK YOU FOR VOLUNTEERING!!! :clap:clap:clap

The GS Giants will be camped in the SW corner of the rally... center of the action. :ha

This sounds NICE;

I was looking at sight map myself and see US there:). My bike is all preped and ready, just its rider has some some serious mending in order for the next 8-9 days. I am not backing down, as yet:). That heat worries me some(not being 100%myself), as I know it too well, been there, done that a zillion times. STILL worth all the GREAT TIMES had and this year seems even better. Ya'll "may still" find me among the most hard core GSAers this year, just give me some room to relax, kick back:)...MO BIGGA, I love it. Randy"Polarbear"...Same GSA1200, White of course:):thumb:dance

I am just getting very excited about upcoming events. It will be my first national rally and my first time for real gs riding . I am so looking forward to meeting new friends , people like ajayhawkfan and polarbear and others seem to really spread their enthusiasm around. :clap
