The helmet cam footage is from a friend of mine.
He and I use the ContourHD and it works great.
Glad he got all of the loop since I couldn't make it.

If you want to see some District 17 Enduro footage check out:

Also special camping sites for those who run the rally is another problem
- they need to camp with everyone else.

Leaf River is tough on a bigger bike,
but the dual sport adventure ride
at the MOA National was just perfect for the bigger BWM.

With names of roads like
Max Patch Road to Harmon DenRoad,
Otter Creek Road ending on Wayah Bald,
Routes like The Three Mountain Ride -
I knew I would have to take all the published Rally routes.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>"Rocky Top Tennessee"

I was in Del Rio, Tennessee having lunch and these two guys who were exploring with a two wheel drive pick-um up truck told me they tried Rocky top Mountain and could not make it and turned around.

I know if I ever listened to the song "Rocky Top Tennessee" I would regret not trying the 4WD road.

The trail was as good as the song! :bolt

KLX250s is nice in the rough terrain

Airhead GS is perfect for a long freeway haul,
then hitting some mild off-road challenges like

North Carolina and Tennessee dual sport & paved road are "good as it gets".

Up and down dirt roads, with a lot of twisties.
likewise the paved roads were just as much fun
with switchbacks and sweepers
HWY1001 (paved NC 1001) is described as the "road of 1,001 twisties".

After riding these roads for five days
it was a joy to have six hours of Interstate Highway riding
to get to the AMA Vintage Days in Ohio.
