Airhead parts seller from Greensboro, NC

SCBuckeye

New member
There used to be a person from around Greensboro, NC, who sold lots of used Airhead parts.

Does anyone remember his/her name/number?

Thanks

Not totally sure who you're talking about. Best thing you could try is to go to the past Panjo listing for the MOA here:

Try the Last Updated pull down and enter Greensboro in the box. Then you'll probably have to scroll through the listings you find until you see something/someone that you might remember.

The fellow you're talking about is: r75chris71@gmail.com
He comes and goes in the marketplace. He's listed in the member section, but I don't know if the contact info is up to date. I've bought a lot of stuff from him...

A guy on IBMW is a better source

I've had a dealing with someone in Greenesboro NC and pretty much had to light up the forum to get my $$$ for a bogus deal. That was a few years back and it may or may not be the same guy. I have been dealing a lot with a guy named Roland Robitaille from N.H. and have always been satisfied with the transaction. Honest, great prices and he is great on knowledge & customer service. Just my 2 cents.

Chris sounds familiar so I think this is the one I was referring to. I have had excellent dealings with this person (not sure if Chris is male or female!) and I had lost the contact info.

Since I moved down to South Carolina, I thought I could contact him/her and see if I could ride up and see what he/she had in stock.

thanks!!

Does he sell used, but good, airhead parts? If so, can you Private Message me with his contact info.?

Thanks,
Jim C.

Thanks. To be honest, I really dis-like the new Panjo setup compared to the old set-up. I did try to do some navigating there to find the information, but was unsuccessful.

I remember, under the old setup, the person I am looking for (and had very good dealings with, so no complaints) used to put stuff up for sale often.

I just had lost his contact info since I had moved down here to Dixieland!!

Bombar's Beemers in Durham, NC (about 50 miles from Greensboro) works on old airheads and their website indicates parts. Near Columbus, Ohio is Re-Psycle BMW and they have lots and lots of used airhead parts. In Greensboro, NC I only know of Carolina BMW, but they are a regular BMW dealership rather than a "breaker" (to use a British term).

Having lived in Ohio, and still having a daughter who lives in Columbus, I have dealt with RE-Psycle quite a few times. problem is that I am now down here in Dixie-land, and not close to Columbus.

I wanted to re-contact the person in Greensboro, whom I have had good dealings with, and see if I could ride up and see what he/she had. I don't believe that this person was connected with a dealership, but did Airhead parting out on his/her own.
