Post a picture of your Oilhead

So...maybe a Hayabusa? I hear those are good for staying out of trouble! :laugh

My coworker is an MSF instructor, does track days on his Yamaha 600, races cars... he shows up a work a couple of weeks ago on a Harley. He said he was trying to stay out of trouble. Now back to my lurking. :lurk

jcabiles , I am familiar with Henrico's RTs. I know they have had a mixture of Oilheads and Hexheads. I heard they just received new bikes.

Where did you get your RT-P? It sure looks good.

R1150rt-p

I took this in December 2007. I believe the story behind it is that the HCPD motorcycle police were called on for a VIP escort. It was getting colder. Not my idea of good riding conditions.

Morton's in Fredericksburg, May 2012. It only had 56K+ miles on it.

It so much fun to ride.

Here's a similar view.

Cool. Maybe the bike in the picture I took is your bike!

I know the location where your picture was taken well. I have spent my fair share of time hanging out at Morton's. :)

I have heard HCPD enter riding competitions and have done quite well. You may find something if you search around.

Enjoy your ride.

I see you got a picture of Bluehole and his buddy who are going to trailer to the rally next year.

We are into the Big Hair thing and looking into custom helmets. Concerned that we might look like the Coneheads riding to Minnesota.

Couple of my Oilheads

I love Oilheads! First up is my '94 R1100RS as it looked when I first got it a long time ago and then after a custom paint job a couple years ago. Last pic is my new favorite, my 2007 R1200R. What a great bike!!

Boy, you aren't kidding we'll be chatting soon!

What a beautiful paint job on the RS. It reminds me very much of the 82 RS I had with the smoke grey paint scheme. So who did this paint job for you? My 04 1150RS would look great too in that color.
