I rode an F650GS in Italy on the Dolomites tour last month. Loved it and the 650, best bike in the Alps for all the switchbacks over the passes. about 60 each mountain pass,5-6 passes a day.Rode 2 up and still a great bike. Enjoyed it better than a R1150RT and a 1150GS we tried. Wife was trying to figure out how we could afford to buy one the first day we rode. I am full time in a motor home and tow an older Goldwing(1981) with a Watsonian sidecar. No room to haul 2..... Doug
