    2004 R1150 RT-P Heated Grips Inop

The heated grips on my 2004 R1150 RT-P would not work today. There were working on yesterdays ride to work, but today nothing. The indicator lights on the dash do not come on. I checked the fuses and all fuses are good. What's the next area to troubleshoot?

    1) Verify that you get 12 volts to the fuse (#7, 4 Amps).
    2) Verify that 12 volts gets to the OTHER side of the fuse - one that "looks ok" can still be NFG.
    3) If that power is ok, that would point to a bad switch or a bad ground (brown wires from the grips).

Great. Thanks. I'll make those checks in the morning.

When my heated grips became intermittent, I discovered that the switch was faulty. Replaced the switch and got heat again.
