Post a Photo of your K-bike

More '87 K100RS

Seems there are still lots of '87 K100RS out there. I had three K-bikes, a '88 K100LT, '96 K1100LT, and now a '87 K100RS. Here it is, going up NC Hwy 80 near Marion towards the BRP.

Been thinking about a repaint of my K75s - that white with the pinstripes looks really good :thumb

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame- Cleveland, OH

Restored this past winter with help from my friends and some professional subcontracting. Luftmeister T makes it a Millenium Falcoln.

Nice Lee. Great Pic!!! Your 87 is stealing the show :thumb Did yours come with a grill on the spoiler or did you remove it?

It's there. Being an '87, the timing chain cover (along with the rest of the drivetrain) is bare aluminum (as opposed to the black of all later years). The way the light is hitting it, it shows through.
