K75S Wilbers Fork Springs

No problem at all. The Wilbers fork springs are a nice match the Wilbers rear. Wilbers recommend using 15wt fork oil with their springs, however I chose to use either 10wt or 12.5 wt instead (I can't remember). The roads up here in New England are not the smoothest, which was why I decided against the heavy oil. The only other thing I can think of adding in the future are the Race Tech fork emulators.

Geoff, who did you buy the fork springs from? Apparently it was not Affordable Beemer Services.

Here is a shot of my '85 K100 Standard. I have refurbished most of the bike and it is a joy to ride anywhere. I love the early "K" bikes!

Sorry, but not necessarily a picture I like to see:

- No proper gear.
- Shorts.
- Tank Top.
- Helmet not even properly secured.

Come on, it does not matter how far or how fast you go. Road rash will do its job at even 15mph.:banghead

Here is my 1985 k100. I've had it about a month and I love it!

Back in the day I had a 1978 R100RS. One of my many bad decisions in life was selling it in 1985. It took a while, but I'm back.

My 1991 K75S. I just rode it from VA to GA for the week and will be riding it home this Friday. Did all the maintenance including spline lube and tranny fluid change before the trip. I'm gonna call this bike a keeper.
