There are so few rental agencies in GA and NC, for what I understand to be insurance purposes.
The best I can do for you is in the great state of Tennessee, GSM Motorent.
Fly into Knoxville, there's a good choice of bikes ranging from BMW and Triumph to small enduro bikes.
However, they move their whole show to Big Bend, TX during January, February and most of March. Outside of those months, you won't find friendlier folks anywhere.
You get picked up and dropped off at the Knoxville airport, GPS routes and maps, and they're working on some really nice self-guided tours.
Highly recommended.

A new Indian Motorcycle dealership is supposed to open in March in Bristol, Va. with a Eagleriders frainchise. It would be our first motorcycle rental operation in the area. Tri-cities airport is nearby.
