93 K1100RS/K76S Key Cylinders

I have two bikes, a 93 K1100RS and an older K76S, I've had to buy used parts for everything from the side cases to the seat lock, ignition locks and fuel caps for various reasons from broken to no key. Now that I have all the functions working on both bikes, I look like the jailer from the Green Mile with a massive key fob.

I'm thinking about a getting a trailer just for the keys.

I'm sure if I could get the cylinders out, a good locksmith could key them the same. Any idea how to get the key cylinders out?

ARGH!!! I wish I'd known that before I dropped $55 to have the lock for my luggage carrier re-keyed to the ignition lock. ARGH!! :banghead
