R75/5 Leaking fork tube at fork brace

Has anyone repaired a fork oil leak at fork brace bolts ?

Thread is stripped in fork tube.

Can not find M13 Helicoil kit.

Any suggestions?

Just looked at fische.

The stud is M8 x25.

I also see on the picture of the SS stud that the thread lengths are not the same on either side of the center non-threaded portion.

Probably why I stripped it in an attempt to have the same amount of thread showing through the nut when installed.

I think they make M8 heilicoils.

I still wonder if I will get a good seal when the helicoil is set. I suppose red Locktite will do the trick.
