95 K75S ABS - Where does this part go?

I am working on putting everything back together after a transmission spline lube and I happen to find this 1 inch by .75 inch rubber block on the floor. It has a channel in it as if it slides into some special place... I looked through my parts manual and can't seem to find it anywhere. photo 1 (4).jpg

Memory is vague here but I clearly remember the part - just not exactly where it goes. But it slides into a somewhat triangular cutout in one of the housings before a second piece bolts up against that flat third side. I'm thinking bellhousing but am not positive.

Lee to the white courtesy phone.

That goes in a notch in the bellhousing just to the right of the upper left transmission mounting bolt (just below the starter).

Thanks Gents!! For anyone else, you do have to move the starter out of the way. Seems weird to have a big hole in the transmission case...
