Schuberth SRC Paired with iPhone5s Isuue

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have the new Schuberth C3Pro and SRC system paired with my iPhone 5s. The sound is loud enough and call quality is amazing. The problem/issue I am having is related to using Siri. I can push the button to summon Siri and speak my command. 85% of the time it works flawlessly, the other 15% of the time the helmet (or the iPhone) stalls out. What I mean by 'stalls out' is; everything becomes silent. Communication between the phone and the helmet lock. The buttons no longer work and I have to wait 10-15 minutes before I can even turn the helmet off then on again to regain connectivity. This is my 3rd unit with the same issue. I placed Dielectric Gel between the SRC and Antennae connections to improve communication between the two devices, but still have the same problem.

Has anyone had this issue and found a solution? Is it the iPhone? Is there a specific configuration I should have on SRC to reduce this connectivity stall? Someone??? Anyone???.. Please help.

Do you have it set so pushing the button also activates the intercom to another SRC? I'd turn that off if not needed, I ride with a 5S and SRC, to the extent Siri works in the normal fashion, it's no worse or better on the bike.

I do not have not have any reason to connect to another helmet at the moment so the communication used to communicate helmet to helmet (intercom) is off. Siri works just fine in my helmet as well, but that's not the problem I am trying to address. I'm trying to find the cure to the "stalling of communication " between my phone and the SRC. When I turn my SRC off and on it reestablishes the connection making it usable again. I'd like to know if there is a connection issue with the bluetooth causing the blackout.

Thank you for the intercom recommendation.
