78 r80/7 breather tube

Hi does any one have a source for the crank case breather tube? the ones I can find are to large diameter. Tried Max so far.

Unless the part is no longer available, I don't see why it would be "too big."

I would also try RePsycle near Columbus, OH - perhaps they have a used one if a new one isn't available.

Also that person from Greensboro, NC who is constantly selling airhead parts in the Flea Market section here.

I did get one from max, the overall shape was right, but the outside diameter was to big to go into the air box, like no way it was going in there. I was able to seal my old one enough to reuse it. I will not be riding this bike cross country.

The fit of the tube into the right-hand clamshell is very tight. The last time I had it out I struggled mightly to get it back in the outlet hole. I used silicone lubricant and carefully used a needle nose pliers to coax it into place.
