Alabama road question

Lost again
It's actually cold down here in central Texas and I'm stuck inside with a cold and daydreaming about a winter trip along the Gulf Coast states towards Florida. I'm looking at the map and I see SR10 in Alabama that runs east from Butler to Rutledge. Looks like a nice out of the way route east thru that area. Can anybody out there give me some idea of what this road is like?

Hwy 10 is a good road for the back roads of Southern Alabama... Check out Ezell's Catfish house near Butler the Original on Hwy 10 : http://www.ezellscamp.com/#!locations/c10g7

Like Texas, lots of deer in winter time.. On the East side you may want to hit 30 up to Lake Eufaula area...nice ole Southern town..
