    Will a seat from a 2009 RT fit a 2013 RT

I know I read this somewhere a while back but cannot find it now. Does anyone know if a seat from a 2009 will fit a 2013. Thank you,
    bw

What model of bike? Only posting the year doesn't narrow it down enough.

RTs are all the same since 2005 as regards seats.

This is, BTW, a question easily researched at http://www.realoem.com

BW - please review: http://forums.bmwmoa.org/showthread.php?46055 - the better your title is, the more likely someone who can help you will open it. I'll add the year/model info to your title, but please do this yourself in future posts to the tech forums.

    And welcome to the forums!

Just to confirm the answer, I purchased a 2009 heated seat for my 2013 R1200RT so I could have it customized at Russell Day Long. It fits perfectly and the heat functions just like the original.
