1978 R100/7 - WOW! What a difference!!

I guess I had been so used to the "great" ride that I have been accustomed to. But recently I did two things that made a huge difference. I installed new IKON shocks on the rear, and new tires on both front and back wheels.

I took the bike out last evening for the first time on any extended trip - about 50 miles. WOW - this was the smoothest, most enjoyable ride I have ever had.

I can't think of ever doing anything so simple would make such a huge difference.

I had exactly the same experience after new tires and IKON shocks on my '77 R100RS when I first got it back in 2000.

Good for you, Jimmy, enjoy!

I'm preaching to the choir but......... DOUBLE WOW!!..........Just got back from my first ride with new Hagons on my R100T! Fan Fn Tastic!:D
