Maxbmw has rebuild kits. There's some companies that do it and advertise in the back of ON if I remember correctly.
 
When rebuilding MC you have maybe a 50% chance of it not leaking. So you might want to consider that when rebuilding. New prices in the states are quite expensive, check w/ motobins you may be surprised the price difference. $150 USD plus shipping. ($264 for the MC in the US, and $67 for the piston)
