R100RS vs R100RT control cables

I want to get a bit more upright with my 1992 R100RS (monolever), to help with back/neck aches on long trips. Currently it has the stock short bars on barbacks, better but not enough; I need about 2" more back/up and 2" wider. The stock cables (throttle, clutch, upper choke, + brake hose) work with the current setup but won't be enough for newer/wider bars, I'm guessing RT cables would work. Can anyone give me the length of RT vs RS cables +brake hose, I'd like to get this stuff in advance of the switchover (or make the cables up myself).

Thanks,

Adam
